This module is responsible for managing the employee’s life cycle.

Organization Structure: hierarchy, positions, and paygrades.

Employees directory:

Payroll: It is for defining time periods for employment salary payments. It does include any kind of adjustment, like bonuses, or deductions.

Recruitment: It is a process for logging, registering, and tracking recruitment (Requisition, opening, applications, interviews, offers, and a directory for applicants)

Insurance: Defining insurance providers, their packages, and their policies

Visa and sponsorship: Defining sponsors, and tracking employees’ visas

Performance: Includes performance schemas that define the different qualifications needed which can be based on different positions. Also includes the actual review for every employee which generates multiple outcomes; one being the training sessions to deal with the discrepancies accordingly.

Requests: This mainly includes the Leave requests, however the system handles any other kind of requests, once defined. This is done with every employee having their own account, in order to be able to send out such requests.

This module is for procurement, for it defines facilities, suppliers, and a directory for products, including raw materials, equipment, and services. This also includes an inventory to track your assets, shipments, and purchase orders.

Keeps track of the different products that are up for sale, and their orders. This module leaves room for customization to cater to the needs of every company, as it differs from one to the other.

This is a crucial factor, for it defines, regulates, and distributes responsibilities and tasks amongst the different teams of employees.

It is in a way similar to project management, but it issues production for certain products, services, or outcomes.

• My Account: This is the profile of any employee that has access to the system. This module allows every employee to keep track of their duties, responsibilities, and tasks, for it compiles them into one directory. It includes open tasks, open requests, unread messages, and unread notifications, as well as their requests.
• Administration: This module is for configuring, setting, and regulating information.

This module includes the sequence of industrial, administrative, or other processes through which a piece of work passes from initiation to completion.
